Coffee Ministry grew the way the best local cafés do — one good coffee at a time, until the regulars became the reason. Across Armadale, Caulfield North, Malvern East and Brighton, the fit-out changes but the standard doesn't: specialty beans, dialled-in every morning, and a team that treats hospitality as the craft it is.
